I deal with this company annually when I have my split system (which they installed) and ducted air conditioners checked and serviced before summer. -- the Painting issue was attended and the ceiling was repaired on 3/09/2020. Shame it took so long time but they attended the issue.They installed ducted AC in my newly built house on 2/04/2020 before we moved in. They made a mistake to puncture the holes on the ceiling during the installation which I understand that can happen. They sent a gyprocker to repair it and a lady at the office advised us they would send a painter as well. We waited more than 1 month but no one turned up. I rang her for a follow-up. She then said to me to send quotation for painting. I contacted a few local painters and one of them sent a quote directly to the company. I didn't hear anything from anyone for another a month. When I rang the office, the other lady came up with a different plan. She said she would send one of their staff to fix the ceiling. I emailed her the information about the colour of painting and she confirmed that someone would attend on following Wednesday. We waited whole morning and no one turned up without any notice. When I called her asking why no one turned up, there was no apology she just said her boss wanted to order something else for painting. Again, another waiting and no one has contacted us. Hmm... It has been more than 5 months since they installed the unit and the repair is still outstanding. I called the office a few times and no one answered and I emailed the company and got no reply. How disappointing! The way they deal with conflicts is just beyond my comprehension!! Very frustrating experience with them!!

Rang and organised a quote on the 15/9/20 receptionist advised earliest date would be Wednesday 30/9/20 as they were closing for a holiday so I agreed on that date between 8-12And confirmed the day before as per time and date at 11:20 on the day of of was told that they couldn’t make it before 12 pm and could they make it later I said No quote was booked 2 weeks in advance and I had taken the day off work to ensure I was there in the 4hr allocated time slot and that it’s not acceptable and cancelled quote.I then rang the office and after waiting 3 hrs for a call back advised situation and my concern fell on deaf ears no apology for wasting my time or day off to attend accepted no responsibility had a total disregard and discerning attitude to prospective customer just wanted to end conversation obviously they must have too many customers that potential new ones don’t matter

Our air conditioning had stopped working throughout the house. We had three other companies quote us nearly $10k for a new unit. This company came out and found someone had switched off something on the unit itself. Switched it back on and worked perfectly. When our air conditioning unit does eventually stop working we will definitely call them to replace! Only ones who didn't rip us off! Thank you!!!

Very happy with our choice to go with Central Coast Air conditioning. Easy to set up quote online, able to attend in person soon after. On the 6th December 2019 we had our ducted air conditioning replaced. The crew that arrived to install this new system were very professional, arrived on time and done an amazing job. It was a hot day and this did not deter them from doing the job that was required. The crew cleaned up all leftover debris. I asked for 4 different quotes for a new air con system. It was a difficult choice with 2 of the quotes being competitive and similar in all areas. Sam Culhaci won me over with his professional and caring knowledge and information. Its definitely thanks to Sam that I chose this company , their services and products. A couple of small issues arose as often the case in quite large jobs, Sam stepped in and sorted everything quickly and efficiently with a kind and gracious manner. I would recommend this company for this reason. Sam is definitely the man to call on.

There was a water leaking from our lounge room split system air conditioner and I called Central Coast Air. They gave me a date for the service call that meant only a few days without the air conditioning working. The service man was prompt and got the problem sorted out in no time. He then fully cleaned and serviced the unit and now it’s working like a charm. We won’t hesitate to use them again!

Fantastic service provided by Sam and the whole team including the ladies in the office. Any questions we had were addressed promptly and the installation was tailored to suit our needs. The installation team worked very hard all day to set up the ducted airconditioning system and even post care is at a high level. I would recommend Central Coast Air Conditioning.

Good customer service with friendly, helpful staff. A little disappointing that a part needed replacing very soon after installation but this was remedied by quick service to fix and replace it. I would recommend Central Coast Air Conditioning and we are loving our new ducted system!
