We are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Conditioning Installer who wants to take their skills to the next level and is ready to continue building a long-term career with a well-established local business.
Candidates require a minimum of 3 years of air conditioning experience and enjoy quality workmanship, supporting apprentices and working locally on the Central Coast.

About the role and key responsibilities include:
- Installation of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
- Supporting and training installation apprentices as the team grows.
- Completing all documentation required to support our office team.
- Assist senior technicians with servicing and repairs when required.
- Ensure all work meets company, industry, and safety standards.
- Maintaining a safe, tidy work site and company vehicle.
- Delivering great customer service. We take looking after our clients seriously.
We we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in air conditioning installation.
- Strong hands on mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing within the HVAC industry.
- Good communication and customer focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines and support your team.
- Knowledge of Aroflo/SimPro (Advantage)
- Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work, backs their team and is keen to grow with us.
Requirements:
- Driver’s Licence
- Construction White Card
- ARCTICK Licence (Full)
- NSW Air Conditioning Supervisor Licence (Advantage)
- EWP Yellow Card (Not mandatory)
