We are seeking a motivated 1st Year Air Conditioning Apprentice or an individual who has recently completed school and is keen to start an apprenticeship in the HVAC industry.

In addition, we would welcome applications from 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentices.

We are seeking to employ:

  • A motivated 1st year air conditioning apprentice.
  • 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentices are also welcome to apply.

About the role and key responsibilities include:

  • Installation of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
  • Timely completion of all documentation.
  • Maintaining a safe, tidy work site and company vehicle.
  • Knowledge of Aroflo/SimPro (Advantage)
  • Commitment to fulfilling all TAFE study requirements as part of your apprenticeship.

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License
  • Construction White Card
  • ARCTICK Accreditation License (Trainee – 2nd to 4th year)
  • EWP Yellow Card (Not mandatory)

Warehouse Store Person Position Vacant – Permanent Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Store Person to help establish and run our warehouse operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organisation, and is happy to work independently once systems are in place.

About the Role

Initially, you will play a key part in setting up the warehouse from scratch, including:

  • Assisting with the installation and setup of new racking
  • Helping organise stock and establish efficient storage systems

Once the warehouse is operational, the role will transition into an ongoing part-time morning position (3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Loading company vans each morning
  • Receiving and organising deliveries
  • Maintaining stock levels and inventory accuracy
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
  • General warehouse/store person duties as required

About You

  • Previous warehouse or store person experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC or solar industry is an advantage but not essential
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised
  • Must have forklift licence or be willing to obtain one

About the opportunity
Central Coast Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our established service team which services only the Central Coast and Southern Lake Macquarie.

Candidates must have a minimum 2 years of air conditioning service experience.

As part of our team, this full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their diagnostic expertise, while mentoring apprentices in the service, maintenance, and repair of both residential and commercial systems in a fast-paced and supportive environment on the Coast.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and perform diagnostics, fault-finding, service, and repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor apprentices, sharing your expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostic/repairs and maintenance.
  • Support our office team by providing detailed job notes and photos to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality service on-site. We take looking after our clients seriously.
  • Ensure all work meets company, industry, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

What we’re looking for

  • This role is for an experienced HVAC Service Technician.
  • Have a genuine interest in HVAC service and repairs.
  • Proven experience in servicing and repairing a variety of air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnostic and problem-solving abilities and a solid mechanical aptitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to liaise with both our office team and clients on a daily basis.
  • You will have a strong work ethic and will strive to meet deadlines.
